On Wednesday, March 2, 2005 Eric Martin and Over the Edge, Inc. attended an award ceremony for the NYC Urban Park Service. We were extremely honored to be among honored guests and distinguished award recipients.

We at Over the Edge support the men and women of our armed services, placing their lives in harms way while protecting our country. We wish them a safe and swift return home!
CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (8 hrs)

The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Program is a first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training program to prepare individuals to respond to injuries and sudden illnesses that may arise in the workplace. This program offers a choice of first aid and CPR course and injury-control modules to meet the training needs of employers and their employees.

A course designed for those with a duty to act, with focus on proficiency in skills required to save adult, child and infant victims in respiratory or cardiac distress, plus 2-rescuer CPR, additional airway management procedures, universal precautions, use of barrier devices and AED's.

Designed for - RN students, Lifeguards, Emergency Medical Technicians, ski patrol, police officers, firefighters and health professionals.

Upon successful completion each participant will receive an American Red Cross Infant & Child CPR certificate that is valid for 1 year.

In order to successfully complete the program the participant must:
  • Attend all class sessions
  • Participate in all skill sessions and scenarios
